Payments

For all UK customers we accept credit cards and debit cards through PayPal. This is a PayPal registered website with PayPal shopping carts but we also accept postal orders, bankers draft, Google checkout and personal cheques. 
 
For customers from abroad, we can only accept pounds sterling via PayPal. This ensures a fast problem free transaction. PayPal have secure payment systems and will automatically calculate the exchange rate for you.

Please do not worry if you are not registered with PayPal or have a PayPal account as debit and credit card payments can still be processed.


Shopping Cart

It is a simple and straightforward procedure shopping and paying with PayPal shopping carts. When you have found an item that you would like to purchase, just click on the 'add to cart' icon and your purchase will be added to your virtual shopping basket. Repeat this with each item. Finely when you have finished shopping, click 'proceed to checkout' and you will be taken through PayPals secure payment process in a few extra clicks. Of course you can remove products from your cart at any time before checkout.

If you would prefer to pay via Google Checkout, cheque, postal order or bankers draft, please send me a message using the contact form and include the jewellery code or codes of the items that you would like to purchase. We will send you an invoice with payment details etc within 24 hours, usually on the same day.

Delivery

We post all items within 24 hours on receipt of payment. Please allow extra days for cheques to clear and for weekends and bank holidays.



Returns and Refunds

All jewellery is carefully inspected to make sure it is in perfect condition before it is packed and posted to our customers. We offer a no quibble return policy if you want to return for any reason. If you change your mind and on the very rare occasion a fault is found, We will refund in full as soon as the jewellery is received back to us. Please contact us first before you return in the same condition with secure and adequate packaging.

Security and Privacy Policy

There is only a limited amount of information that we collect about our visitors to our website. This is information that you the visitor have explicitly provided to us.

If you have joined Silver Elements-Shell jewellery's mailing list, then this will have involved filling in an on line form with your name and email address.

When making a purchase and paying through my PayPal shopping cart, We do not have access to credit card details that you may have provided to PayPals security systems. All address details of our customers are kept in an off-web file for our own records only.
